Thank you for choosing The Waste Wranglers! Our goal is to provide reliable, professional pet waste removal service while making the experience as easy as possible. By scheduling service, you agree to the following terms.

Scheduling

Service is performed on your scheduled service day during normal business hours.
We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time, as routes are optimized daily for efficiency.
Service days may occasionally shift due to holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

Payment is due before your scheduled service.
Accounts with overdue balances may have service paused until payment is received.

Yard Access

Please ensure all gates are unlocked and accessible on your scheduled service day.
If we are unable to access your yard because of a locked gate, blocked entrance, or other access issue, the visit will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

Pets

Friendly dogs are welcome to remain outside during service.
Any dog displaying aggressive behavior must be secured indoors before our arrival.
If our technician feels unsafe at any time, service may be skipped for that visit.

Initial Cleanup

Yards with excessive accumulated waste may require an Initial Cleanup Fee.
We will always notify you and obtain approval before charging any additional fees.

Overgrown Yards

We remove only pet waste that is visible.
Tall grass, weeds, heavy landscaping, leaves, or other debris may conceal waste and limit what can be collected.

Hard Surfaces

We do not scrape dried or baked-on pet waste from concrete, patios, pavers, artificial turf seams, decks, or similar hard surfaces.
Fresh waste that can be safely removed will be collected.

Standing Water & Unsafe Conditions

We cannot safely service yards with standing water, flooding, hazardous debris, exposed electrical hazards, or other unsafe conditions.
Service will resume once conditions are safe.

Deodorizing & Sanitizing

Yard deodorizing and sanitizing are optional add-on services.
Hosing down or rinsing areas is not included unless specifically requested.

Weather

For the safety of our technicians, service may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme heat, lightning, severe storms, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work.
If you believe we missed an area, please notify us within 24 hours and we'll gladly return to address any missed pet waste at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit.
Recurring services may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled visit.

Holidays

If your regular service day falls on a holiday, your service may be moved to the nearest available business day.

Property Damage

While we take every precaution, please notify us within 24 hours if you believe any damage occurred during service so we can investigate promptly.

Limitation of Liability

The Waste Wranglers is not responsible for pet waste that is hidden by overgrown vegetation, landscaping, snow, leaves, rocks, or other obstructions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
